Wow...so guess who came back from the dead, lol MOI!! The new year..not really, spring break will be in a week for most people. Aside from my school, everyone has theirs in March, am I correct?? Well aren't you folks lucky eh? Mine is in April, but!! muahaha I get TWO weeks, whereas you only get one. Heh.

So this year I'm in grad 12, taking a college cooking course, I do English every Monday from nine till three, or so my teacher thinks. Its HARD to do English for six hours straight, there's only so much a girl can take, am I right? Yes, yes I am. So this course is like..wow, I get my level one certificate and then next year I can get my level two diploma and then take my level three and theeeen go for my Red Seal. It's good money too, we have a functioning restaurant in our school. We have some of the best food in Powell River. $7.50 for an entree, it doesn't get any better than that folks, today we had Fillet of sole stuffed with Duxelles (mushroom paste) and Bison steak cooked to however you want it. It's AWESOME I'm learning so much. Next year I'll go into a Baking course, I think I'll have a bakery, it would be pretty fun. WOOT Anywho, you don't wanna hear about that, have a good one. ttyl
